Dr. Mangrum has been a practicing dentist and practice owner for over 25 years, as well as faculty at UCSF, and is a nationally sought after speaker. Thomas Walsh has over 30 years experience in management and finance and had a law practice focusing on business transactions and estate planning.

Both are serial entrepreneurs, having started multiple companies; in addition to their coaching practice and dental practice, they also own and operate Allume Med Spa and Luminary Education Center, which is focused on providing world class learning programs and classes in multiple professions.
